At https://community.phish.report/u/USERNAME/preferences/security page there is Town and Country, but for me this data is not true. I think maybe there is some errors in geo-ip base or it is just old as others geo-ip services return normal geo data.

Discourse (this forum software) just uses the standard MaxMind GeoIP database for looking up your location. Does your location display correctly here: Your IP Address's GeoIP2 Data | MaxMind?
Yes, but:
This page contains a subset of data for your IP address from our GeoIP2 City Plus web service. Data returned by our GeoIP2 City and GeoLite2 City databases may differ.
At IP Address Lookup | Geolocation (8 databases), Your IP Address's GeoIP2 Data | MaxMind and GeoIP2 Web Service Demo | MaxMind - the same correct city.
So, incorrect data only at this forum.
Maybe just check date of DB update?
Unless it’s causing any major problem, it’s not something I’ve got time to investigate I’m afraid
